Job Title: ETL/Datastage Lead Developer (TX, CLT, DE)
Duration: 12- 18 Months with possible extension

Must Haves
- Oracle (table design, write store procedures, integration with upstream applications, datastage, ETL
- These are the are the main/must have requirements ^
- Also need: memsql, db2
- Linux and shell scripting
- Kafka exposure/understanding.
- Data Replication / CDC (change Data capture) is a preferred skill
- Senior level of experience
- USC or GC only for conversion
- Prior financial services preferred, at the very least good enterprise clients
- Good communication and soft skills
- Enterprise and ideally financial services experience
- Solid project tenure and no major gaps
Desired Skills
- Prior BofA
- Lead Experience
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
- Strong expertise in IBM DataStage development.
- Hands-on experience with IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D) Version 4.5.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Strong experience with Oracle, DB2 database platforms.
- Strong background in data transformation and data engineering.
- Significant experience with Data Modeling.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale batch processing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Any Experience with Cockroach or MemSQL is a plus
- Experience with Python-based scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate is a plus
- Familiarity with CDC (Change Data Capture) technologies.
