Description

- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure budgets are met.
- Maintain and update cost databases and historical records.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
