The ideal candidate will have:3+ years of estimating experience in Building and ConstructionProven expertise in commercial and higher education projects (required)Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft ExcelA consistent track record working as an estimator on relevant projectsCandidates without experience in both commercial and higher education sectors will not be considered for this role.
