Requires engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts, with experience in welding, automation, or robotic equipment.
Responsibilities include estimating labor, materials, and construction costs; interpreting engineering data; maintaining knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier base; and developing proposals and presentations.
Collaborates with project teams to convert estimates into budgets, negotiates changes with customers, and solicits quotations for support equipment.
Utilizes software tools like Microsoft Office, complies with safety and quality standards, and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
