What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare take-offs and estimates for commercial drywall and metal stud projects
• Review plans, specs, and bid documents
• Develop pricing and bid proposals
• Negotiate bids through award
• Manage projects from preconstruction through execution
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years estimating drywall and light/heavy gauge metal stud framing
• Experience with multi-million-dollar commercial projects
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
• Strong understanding of commercial construction materials and specifications
• Solid communication and organizational skills
