About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through execution. This role combines accurate estimating, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project delivery for trade shows, exhibits, and event-related initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Estimating & Pre-Sale:
- Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals across manufacturing, events, and multimedia services.
- Partner with sales, design, and account teams to align scope, budget, and timelines.
- Source vendor pricing and define materials, labor, and production requirements.
- Ensure all estimates clearly outline timelines, exclusions, and deliverables.
Project Management:
- Lead projects from kickoff through completionon time and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and show-site teams.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and work orders to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
General Responsibilities:
- Participate in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support event logistics and production planning.
- Maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and reporting tools.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, trade shows, or exhibit production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
