About the Position:

As an Estimator at The Trusted Toolbox, you will have plenty of opportunities to engage with homeowners across the North Atlanta metro area. You'll offer top-tier services in kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling, decks, and outdoor spaces. You'll walk them through their needs and turn your knowledge and expertise into solutions.

Compensation:

• Paid 2-month training program: $800 per week, paid bi-weekly.
• Move to uncapped commission--earn between $60,000 - $100,000+ per year based on 4-5 appointments per day.
• Commissions paid monthly with bonuses for exceeding targets.
• W-2 position with benefits (including retirement plan with 3% match).
• Quarterly bonus opportunities.
• Gas card and monthly vehicle maintenance allowance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to evaluate their needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions for their remodeling projects.
• Estimate job costs and clearly communicate the value.
• Close the deal and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in remodeling or home improvement (essential).
• Prior remodeling/construction estimating/sales experience is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Strong computer skills--proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and smartphones.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Clean driving record.
