Family-owned, fast-paced, high-volume, collision repair facility looking for an experienced and motivated Collision Estimator / Manager to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a DRP environment, understands the importance of customer communication, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within management.
Responsibilities:
• Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE
• Manage and grow insurance DRP relationships and repair processes
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with production staff and technicians
• Maintain cycle time and quality standards in a high-volume shop environment
• Assist with supplement approvals and documentation
Qualifications:
• Previous collision estimating experience required
• Experience in a high-volume DRP shop preferred
• Proficient in CCC ONE
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Valid driver’s license
