This luxury residential builder is local to the Miami market and continues to expand. They have a strong pipeline of work and clientel & are looking to strengthen their team in preconstruction by adding someone with a few years of experience focused on estimates.

Description

• • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury custom homes and high‑end residential projects
  • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent to develop comprehensive budgets
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to validate pricing and scope
  • Utilize estimating software and technology tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting
  • Assist with value engineering while maintaining luxury quality standards
  • Clearly communicate estimates, assumptions, and cost impacts to internal teams and leadership

Profile

• • 2-3 years of experience estimating luxury residential or high‑end custom home projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes specific to luxury homes
  • Tech savvy, with experience using estimating software, Excel, and digital plan takeoff tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
  • Experience working with architects, designers, and subcontractors in a collaborative setting
