We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Analyze project plans and specifications
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers on bids
- Maintain estimating databases and documentation
Qualifications include experience in heavy civil estimating, proficiency in estimating software (preferably HCSS HeavyBid), strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret construction drawings, and good communication skills.
