Estimator – Construction / Masonry

? Salary: $85K–$110K DOE

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our masonry and construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction estimating, preferably with masonry or panel experience, who can accurately calculate costs, prepare bids, and support project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and masonry projects

• Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work

• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to develop bids

• Utilize estimating software and tools, including Bluebeam, for takeoffs and calculations

• Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction estimator (masonry experience a major plus)

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
  Bluebeam Etc.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work full-time in the office and manage multiple projects
