Commercial Estimator
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our client's team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in diverse commercial projects. The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Review and refine estimates based on project requirements and feedback.
- Track and manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:- Proven experience of 10+ years as an Estimator in diverse commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and math skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
