Job TitleEstimatorJob DescriptionPrepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interiors and retail projects. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis. Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing. Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks. Collaborate with Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management teams during the bidding process.
