Requirements The Successful Estimator Applicant will have: Experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor Proven ability to prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages Strong quantity takeoff skills and ability to read drawings/specifications Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam Revu, Procore, or similar software Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Experience analyzing and leveling subcontractor bids Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and trade partners High attention to detail and organizational skills A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) A motivated, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment
