Estimator - Charleston

An established, family-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing Charleston team. This role focuses on healthcare, multifamily, and commercial projects, with an emphasis on design-build and negotiated work.

Description

• Lead estimating efforts for healthcare, multifamily, and commercial projects
• Manage design-build and negotiated bid processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with local subcontractors
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
• Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams

Profile

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

• 10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in design-build and negotiated work
• Established local subcontractor network in Charleston preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline

Job Offer

$100,000 - $130,000 base salary
