Estimator

You'll play a crucial role in our Estimating Department. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient progress of sales and fostering relationships both within and outside the company.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess prior sales experience, leveraging their expertise to excel in the role. Key attributes we seek include exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to follow-up, and outstanding communication skills. In-Home sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with insurance adjusters on our method of repair to ensure job profitability.
• Track various aspects of the sales process execution.
• Strategize with other departments to get jobs into production.
• Foster relationships with insurance adjusters.
• Participate in the marketing plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or other related field.
• Five years of construction estimating experience is preferred. An equivalent of education and experience will be accepted.
• Sales experience in construction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint interpretation is required.
• Strong math skills are required.
• Strong time management and detail orientation skills are required.
• Experience with insurance adjusting is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $110,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
