The Estimating Administrative Assistant is a full-time role supporting the bid process and administrative functions within a construction company.
They will manage bid document procurement, research permit fees, handle RFIs and addenda, assist with DBE coordination, and cross-train in various administrative tasks such as reception, mail, and data management.
The position requires 3+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities include document creation, calendar management, data entry, and supporting project subcontract processes.
Physical requirements involve sitting at a desk and lifting up to 15 pounds.
