Job Description:

We are seeking a Director for our Esthetics Department that is a Licensed Esthetician; results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics and training! Our ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented and a leader. They have the ability to collaborate with management and vendor representatives to coach and support others on the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Train and collaborate with the Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
• Manage stock and inventory
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Flexibility with training hours
• Meet our company requirements for ELITE status within 90 days of employment

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Adhere to vendor and corporate protocols
• Liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
• Weekend availability
• Exceed sales goals
• Flexibility for training
• Ability to direct and collaborate with peers, vendors and colleagues
• Monthly support calls
• Aid and support fellow Estheticians in maintaining sales goals
• Licensed and worked in the industry for a MINIMUM of 3 years
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to travel for seminars and trainings

This is a LEADERSHIP BASED ROLE! Candidates are REQUIRED to be a team player, licensed in NC for Esthetics, exceed sales goals, carry liability insurance, flexibility to travel for trainings and seminars!

Compensation: $40.00 - $143.00 per hour
