About the Role

Perform customized facials based on clients' needs, conduct skin analyses, and educate clients on skincare routines to foster trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized facials with knowledge of ingredients and products

• Physical Requirements

• Perform repetitive hand/wrist motions, switch between standing and sitting, lift up to 30 lbs, and navigate stairs

• Requirements

• Valid esthetics license required
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and shifts
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; confident in product recommendations

• Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years facial experience, advanced massage, chemical peels, electrical modalities
