What We’re Looking For
A "battle-tested" advocate who is ready to step into a powerhouse platform.
- The Credentials: J.D. and an active license in good standing with the Texas State Bar (Licensed in TX for at least 2+ years).

- The Skillset: A fearless presence in the courtroom for contested matters and a sharp analytical eye for drafting trusts and wills.
- The Tech: Proficient in TXdocs, Clio, and modern e-filing systems.
What You’ll Get
We value your expertise and compensate accordingly. We offer a "Big Law" structure with a "Boutique" focus on people.
- Competitive Earnings: Attractive base salary + a lucrative billable hour incentive plan with $70k+ annual upside, paid out every two weeks.
- Real Support: A dedicated administrative and billing team assigned to handle the paperwork so you can focus on the law.
