A bit about us:

Our client is a strategically growing, entrepreneurial law firm with a strong presence in key Mid-Atlantic markets. The firm advises closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries across a wide range of complex legal matters. Known for its practical, business‑minded approach, this company emphasizes long-term client relationships, collaboration across practice groups, and providing sophisticated legal services without unnecessary bureaucracy.
The Trusts & Estates practice serves clients with substantial and often multigenerational wealth, focusing on tailored solutions that align estate planning, tax strategy, asset protection, and business succession goals.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Trusts & Estates attorney to take on a leadership-oriented role within a collaborative and growth-focused platform. The firm supports attorneys who want to build, expand, or integrate a robust practice while benefiting from firmwide infrastructure and cross-practice referrals.
Attorneys at this company enjoy:

  • A flexible, entrepreneurial culture that values autonomy and innovation
  • A strong pipeline of high net worth and ultra-high net worth client work
  • The ability to collaborate with corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation colleagues
  • Firm leadership that actively supports practice growth and business development
  • Clear pathways for practice expansion, equity consideration, and long-term career stability

This role is particularly well-suited for a senior attorney or partner seeking a Philadelphia-based platform with meaningful growth potential and fewer institutional constraints.
