Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients, including drafting and implementing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
2. Utilize your financial and accounting background to provide sound business advice to clients, helping them to preserve and grow their wealth.
3. Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of changes in the law and to support client needs.
4. Maintain high levels of client interaction and communication, ensuring that clients are kept informed and their needs are met promptly and effectively.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, expanding our network and contributing to the growth of our firm.
6. Use your exceptional drafting skills to create clear, concise, and legally sound documents.
7. Meet all deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
8. Utilize your legal writing skills to prepare and present arguments, applications, and motions.
9. Work collaboratively with other members of our team, contributing your expertise and supporting others in their work.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on high-value estates and wealth preservation planning.
4. Proven experience in providing business advice, with a strong financial and accounting background.
5. Exceptional drafting skills, with experience in drafting a wide range of estate planning documents.
6. Excellent legal research skills, with the ability to apply research findings to client situations.
7. Strong client interaction and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
8. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
9. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
10. Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear and persuasive arguments, applications, and motions.
11. A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and support others in their work.
