We are a growing multi-state law firm seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney in MD (Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederik).

The role involves conducting client consultations, drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives), and supporting probate/trust administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys client interaction.

  • Conduct estate planning consultations and advise clients.
  • Draft legal documents and support estate administration.
  • Collaborate with staff to manage caseloads and maintain accurate files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications include a J.D., active license in MD, and 3–5+ years of estate planning experience preferred. Strong communication, drafting skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
