Job Details
  • Manage Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and/or Guardianship matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
  • Advise clients on wealth preservation, long-term care planning, and estate administration strategies
  • Represent clients in probate, administration, and guardianship proceedings
  • Build trusted client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and legal counsel
