This gracious and deeply philanthropic executive couple with grown children have developed a new role in conjunction with the retirement of their long-term Executive Assistant/House Manager.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader with high emotional intelligence, calm authority, and excellent judgment, guided by a true service-first mindset. This individual brings a refined presence, understands when to be hands-on versus when to delegate, and has a thoughtful approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the principals and serve as a trusted primary contact
- Full responsibility for three fully staffed homes
- Lead the long-term and harmonious team
- Manage vendors, residential technology, projects, events, and seasonal preparations
- Manage the annual operating budgets and expenditures
- Liaise with the well-established, local, single-Family Office. They offer robust support with a strong administrative team (HR, Payroll, IT, Legal), allowing you to focus on your role

- You are tech savvy and highly organized with a significant administrative skill set
- A proven track record of managing diverse teams in a fair, decisive, and professional manner
- Adaptability: The flexibility to travel between properties and adjust your schedule to meet the needs of a dynamic estate
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
Location and Schedule
- This is an in-person role. You will work from the Memphis residence.
- Generally, MondayFriday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and special events
- Responsiveness to after-hours calls/texts is important
- Travel to out-of-state residences
Compensation and Benefits
- Open on compensation: $180,000 - $320,000, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits package includes medical insurance, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, PTO, tuition or training reimbursement, etc.
- Negotiable for the right candidate (starting bonus, relocation package, long-term housing mortgage if you buy or live off site in one of the principal's properties)
