What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and support to Assisted Living and Supportive Living communities.
- Partner with community teams to drive quality care and regulatory excellence.
- Mentor and coach nursing leaders to achieve operational and clinical goals.
- Travel throughout Central Illinois to support multiple communities and make a lasting impact on resident outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living.
- Leadership and management experience preferred.
- Previous experience supporting multiple communities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout Central Illinois (travel may exceed 60 miles).
- Energetic, relationship-focused professional with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and computer proficiency.
