Join our growing organization as a Clinical Consultant and help support our Assisted Living and Supportive Living communities throughout Central Illinois.

In this dynamic role, you'll partner with community leaders and clinical teams to promote excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and quality performance. If you enjoy building relationships, providing guidance, and helping communities succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to Assisted Living and Supportive Living communities.
  • Partner with community teams to drive quality care and regulatory excellence.
  • Mentor and coach nursing leaders to achieve operational and clinical goals.
  • Travel throughout Central Illinois to support multiple communities and make a lasting impact on resident outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living.
  • Leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple communities is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Central Illinois (travel may exceed 60 miles).
  • Energetic, relationship-focused professional with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and computer proficiency.
