Escrow Support Processor

Location: Mesa, AZ 85204
Pay:$18.00-$19.00
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Duration: Contract- direct hire potential!
Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join a fast-paced, production-driven escrow team. This role provides centralized clerical and document processing support related to the opening and closing of residential escrow transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume escrow documentation related to residential escrow openings and closings
  • Review, organize, and maintain escrow files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Perform clerical and administrative processing functions supporting escrow transactions
  • Follow established escrow procedures, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Prioritize competing tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout document processing activities
  • Support workflow efficiency during high-volume periods, including month-end closing cycles
  • Work independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred, but not required
  • Understanding of escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume production setting

Additional Information

  • Overtime may be required based on business needs, especially during peak closing periods and month-end cycles
  • Candidates should be located near Mesa, AZ to support onsite attendance and minimize commute concerns
