The company has a strong client base, a steady pipeline, and a reputation for personalized service. LPO license if preferred, but not required.Escrow Officer ResponsibilitiesManage residential resale, refinance, and new construction transactionsReview contracts, title reports, lender instructions, and closing documentsPrepare settlement statements and escrow documentationCoordinate with clients, brokers, lenders, title, and other partiesConduct signings and ensure all closing conditions are satisfiedCoordinate funding, recording, and disbursementProactively communicate updates and resolve transaction issuesMaintain accurate, compliant, and organized escrow filesEscrow Officer Qualifications3+ years of Washington escrow experienceLPO license preferred, but not requiredThe company is willing to pay for LPO classes and the licensing exam for the right candidateNotary Public or ability to become commissionedStrong knowledge of Washington escrow and title proceduresExcellent communication, organization, and client-service skillsAbility to independently manage multiple transactions and deadlinesBenefits & Appreciation:Competitive compensation and incentive opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance with a generous employer contribution401(k) with a 6% employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysLPO license renewals and continuing education paid by the companyLPO classes and exam fees paid for candidates pursuing their licenseCompensation: $70,000+ base + commission.
