Responsibilities:
- Oversee title and escrow operations from opening through post-closing
- Ensure compliance with Florida regulations, underwriting guidelines, and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop an operations team across multiple counties
- Maintain an active production desk while managing overall office performance
- Act as the main point of contact for high-volume real estate offices and agents
- Track performance metrics and implement process improvements
Requirements: - Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume title or real estate environment
- Ability to balance production, team management, and operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Active Florida Title Insurance License required
