Responsibilities of the Escrow Coordinator SC Housing's Mortgage Servicing Department services mortgage loans for first time homeowners for low to medium income families for affordable housing. As the Escrow Coordinator II, you will work under the supervision of the Escrow Services Manager. In this role you will:
Agency Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and relevant experience. OR An associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. OR A high school diploma and 4 years or relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet the agency minimum requirements. (i.e. 1 year of education = 1 year of related experience) Candidates must specifically meet the Agency Minimum Requirements or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be considered for this position.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry files, books and reports weighing up to 20 lbs. Must be able to perform filing, desk work and operate general office equipment. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged or intermittent periods of time while sharing, gathering or presenting information to other staff members or external parties. Employee must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
