We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are seeking an Escrow Officer / Closer or a strong Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role to join our Granbury, Texas office serving Hood County. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in guiding clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives.

The Escrow Officer / Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage escrow transactions from contract receipt through closing and funding.
  • Review contracts and closing instructions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title examiners.
  • Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and closing documents.
  • Conduct closing appointments and explain documents to buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure proper execution of documents and compliance with underwriting requirements.
  • Coordinate post-closing activities and funding.
  • Provide excellent service while building strong relationships within the local real estate community.
  • Collaborate with title examiners, escrow assistants, and operations staff to ensure smooth transactions.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or Escrow Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate escrow and closing process.
  • Knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documentation.
  • Proficiency with escrow software.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience working as an Escrow Officer or Closer.
  • Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role.
  • Established relationships within the local real estate community.

Salary Range: $55-75K annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
