Escrow AssistantLocation: Tampa, FL (Onsite)Compensation & Schedule • $18.47/hour • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm (8 hour shift)Role Impact: The Escrow Assistant supports the successful completion of residential real estate transactions by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth coordination throughout the escrow closing process. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency by maintaining organized files, processing closing documentation, and supporting escrow officers with critical administrative tasks.Key Duties • Open new escrow orders and input closing statement information into internal systems • Prepare closing documents and coordinate file documentation for residential transactions • Manage disbursement of funds and complete follow-up activities for escrow closings • Communicate requirements, documentation needs, and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders • Interpret purchase agreements and related contracts to ensure accurate document preparationMinimum Qualifications • 2+ years of escrow experience within residential real estate transactions • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple filesEquipment & Work Environment • Office-based environment; 100% onsite • Frequent computer use including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Use of title and escrow operating systems (title production software, closing platforms) • Regular communication via phone and email with clients and internal teamsLegal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
