We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join a leading national company in Newport Beach.

If you have residential Escrow Assistant experience and are eager to transition into commercial escrow, this is a great opportunity. Commercial experience is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong administrative skills and a positive attitude.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the escrow team with managing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing excellent service.
  • Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing statements.
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and transaction databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and office organization.
