We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join a leading national company in Newport Beach.
If you have residential Escrow Assistant experience and are eager to transition into commercial escrow, this is a great opportunity. Commercial experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong administrative skills and a positive attitude.
Job Duties:
- Assist the escrow team with managing commercial real estate transactions.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing excellent service.
- Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing statements.
- Maintain accurate files, records, and transaction databases.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and office organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
