Develop comprehensive training documentation for Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management Inventory Purchasing Forward Logistics Reverse Logistics Issue to Resolution (I2R) Update standard operating procedures (within ERP) and process documentation outside of ERP( e.g. CRM) due to changes/impact. Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and assess impacts.
