The Opportunity

The ERP Technical Analyst will provide advanced technical expertise supporting the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.

This role works closely with ERP administrators, integration teams, business stakeholders, and Oracle support to ensure systems remain stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

The position reports to the ERP & System Integrations Manager and supports enterprise operations across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Financial systems (ERP & EPM).

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Support

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance pillars

  • Maintain functional setups, workflows, and approval configurations

  • Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices for security, scalability, and upgrade compatibility

Integration Development & Management

  • Design and maintain integrations using:

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • REST / SOAP APIs

    • File-Based Data Imports (FBDI)

  • Develop application extensions using Visual Builder, Application Composer, and BI Publisher

  • Monitor inbound and outbound integrations and ensure stability during quarterly Oracle updates

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain enterprise reports using:

    • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

    • BI Publisher (BIP)

  • Support data extraction and reporting needs across business operations

Data & Release Management

  • Support data loads, migrations, and reconciliation processes

  • Review technical impact of Oracle quarterly releases

  • Test integrations, reports, and custom configurations following platform updates

Technical Support & Optimization

  • Troubleshoot system issues across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments

  • Provide Tier-2 technical support within the IT organization

  • Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents

  • Support cutover activities and post-go-live monitoring

Governance, Security & Documentation

  • Maintain technical documentation and interface specifications

  • Support audit readiness and security compliance processes

  • Follow Oracle Cloud governance and change management practices

  • Ensure systems comply with enterprise security and data protection standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and administration

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • REST / SOAP APIs

    • File-Based Data Imports (FBDI)

  • Experience building reports with:

    • OTBI

    • BI Publisher

  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server technologies

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to support enterprise ERP systems across HR, Procurement, and Finance domains

  • Familiarity with ITIL or enterprise service management frameworks

Additional experience with the following is a plus:

  • Infor Lawson ERP

  • Rookery ConfigSnapshot

  • Network and virtualization environments

  • Enterprise integration and system design principles

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in an IT technical analyst role supporting ERP solutions, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud

  • Experience supporting enterprise integrations and reporting solutions

  • Knowledge of relational database management systems

  • Valid Florida Driver’s License

  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
