This role blends functional manufacturing expertise + technical ERP capability, serving as both a solution owner and escalation point. You will translate complex operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions while driving system optimization, integration, and long-term sustainability. Core Responsibilities ERP Solution Ownership
Lead full lifecycle ERP initiatives: requirements →design →configuration →testing →deployment
Own continuous improvement and system optimization within M2M
Manufacturing Process Alignment
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to support:
BOM and routing structures
Production control and shop floor execution
Inventory, procurement, and supply chain workflows
Costing and financial integration
ERP Configuration & Optimization
Configure and enhance M2M modules using best practices
Minimize customizations;prioritize scalable standard functionality
Escalation & Support
Act as primary escalation point for complex, production-impacting ERP issues
Troubleshoot and resolve system challenges impacting manufacturing operations
Integration & Data Management
Support integrations across ERP, MES, planning systems, and reporting tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and flow across platforms
Testing & Validation
Develop and execute test plans validating end-to-end manufacturing and financial processes
Documentation
Create and maintain:
Process flows
System documentation
Data mappings
SOPs
Required Experience ERP Expertise
5–7+ years hands-on experience with Aptean Manufacturing ERP (M2M)
Strong experience with ERP configuration, support, and enhancements
Manufacturing Domain Knowledge
Deep understanding of:
Bills of Materials (BOM)
Routings & engineering change management
Production scheduling & shop floor control
Inventory & supply chain operations
Costing & financial integration
ERP Lifecycle Delivery
Proven experience delivering:
ERP implementations
System upgrades
Enhancements in manufacturing environments

Knowledge of M2M data structures and workflows
Experience with:
