    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst 3 to support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work on critical enterprise financial systems, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to enhance Oracle EBS R12 applications, integrations, and business processes within a high-performance IT environment.

    Job Description

    The ERP Analyst 3 is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, implementing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules and related business processes. This role partners with business users, DBAs, system administrators, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, high-quality Oracle EBS enhancements, integrations, reporting solutions, and application support while ensuring system reliability and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    Oracle EBS Development

    • Analyze, design, develop, optimize, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, primarily Oracle EBS R12.
    • Support and enhance Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and custom-developed business processes.
    • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports using Oracle development tools, including TOAD, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
    • Support data migration initiatives and develop interfaces using APIs, Web Services, and flat-file integrations.

    Application Support & Optimization

    • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
    • Coordinate Oracle EBS system updates with Database Administrators.
    • Implement system enhancements that support evolving business and operational requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with secure coding standards, change management processes, and IT governance policies.

    Collaboration & Project Delivery

    • Work closely with business and functional teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and implement new functionality.
    • Collaborate with DBAs, system administrators, and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable, high-performing environments.
    • Participate in project planning, testing, deployment activities, peer reviews, and post-production support.
    • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.


    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 7 years of experience developing and maintaining PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports using Oracle development tools.
    • 7 years of experience troubleshooting application issues, performance problems, and data discrepancies.
    • 7 years of experience supporting data migration and interface development using APIs, Web Services, and flat-file integrations.
    • 7 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
    • Must physically reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment.
    • Must be able to interview via both Web Cam and In Person.
    • Must be able to work on-site as required.
    • Local Richmond-area candidates are strongly preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial modules.
    • Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and custom Oracle Financial processes.
    • Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and TOAD.
    • Experience working in enterprise financial application environments.
    • Experience collaborating across business, infrastructure, and database administration teams.


    Benefits

    Compensation

    This is a 1099 Contract role.

    Pay Rate: $69 – $89 per hour

    Schedule

    • Start Date: 08/01/2026
    • End Date: 08/01/2027
    • Assignment Duration: Approximately 12 months
    • Initial schedule requires five days per week on-site.
    • Hybrid schedule after onboarding: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site; Monday and Friday remote.
