ERP Administrator
Our client is looking for an ERP Administrator to add to their team in Southern NJ. This employee will assist with administrating the operation of the ERP system. They will provide support to end-users, analyze business, perform accounting duties and job costs, along with creating custom reports.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Epicor ERP system and become an expert within the ERP system
- Review, analyze, and monitor ERP information for accounting, sales, manufacturing, material controls, quality assurance and engineering departments
- Provide support to users of the ERP system. Troubleshot and resolve problems within the ERP software and provide guidance on using the system more effectively
- Work with the ERP Manager to enhance data accuracy and streamline business workflows
- Work with the finance team to provide accurate job cost analysis and monthly reporting for accounting
- Assist with creating custom reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturing planning, operations, material procurement, inventory controls and engineering changes are controlled via proper ERP processing
- Assist with quoting process; import pricing information to the ERP system to generate quotes
- Assist with IT server maintenance tasks such as daily backups, software implementations and upgrades
Requirements:
- Direct experience with Epicor is a must
- Accounting, Finance, Computer, or business-related degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience
- Experience working in any type of Manufacturing environment
- Strong MS Office knowledge
