Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Trains and manages employees
• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are me
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees all operations on jobsites.
• Prepares work to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensures that work is done efficiently and properly.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise.
• Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.
• Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
