What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day store operations and ensure sales and production goals are met
  • Schedule, assign, and supervise team members
  • Train, coach, and develop employees for success
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Maintain strong merchandising, inventory, and pricing standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment
  • Promote safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance
  • Analyze performance results and support corrective action planning
  • Partner with internal programs to support employee and client development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of retail experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Intermediate computer and digital skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Alignment with Goodwill's mission and values
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
