What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day store operations and ensure sales and production goals are met
- Schedule, assign, and supervise team members
- Train, coach, and develop employees for success
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Maintain strong merchandising, inventory, and pricing standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment
- Promote safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance
- Analyze performance results and support corrective action planning
- Partner with internal programs to support employee and client development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of retail experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate computer and digital skills
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Alignment with Goodwill's mission and values
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education - High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
Work Environment - Retail environment with climate-controlled conditions
- Fast-paced setting with changing priorities
- Exposure to dust and donated goods materials
- Occasional outdoor work
- Nontraditional retail hours including evenings and weekends
