Responsibilities Conduct ergonomic assessments for Assembly workstations, manufacturing processes & Material handling tasksPerform risk assessment using standard tools (RULA, REBA, NIOSH, etc.)Analyze operator posture, force, repetition, and task frequencyIdentify musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risks and unsafe practicesEvaluate layout, tooling, equipment, and work cell designConduct workplace evaluations and risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunitiesRecommend and implement ergonomic improvements: Workstation redesign, height adjustments, assist devices, tooling changes & Process re-engineeringCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate ergonomics into Product design & Manufacturing processesWork closely with Industrial Engineering, Safety & EHS teams & Manufacturing teamsContribute to process optimization and productivity improvementEnsure compliance with ergonomic standards and occupational health & safety regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
