As the Interim Emergency Services Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the emergency department‘s operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the emergency department team to deliver exceptional patient care
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize department efficiency
Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff
Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the department
Requirements for this role include:
Active California RN license
BLS certification
Minimum of five years of ER experience
At least two years of management experience
TB clearance done within the previous 12 months
Need 2 years experience in setting
