What Youll Do:

Provide skilled emergency nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center setting
Triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications
Assist with procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
Document care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain readiness for high-acuity situations in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

Ohio RN license (required)
Minimum of 2 years ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
Comfortable with triage, medical procedures, and trauma care
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
