Equipment Validation Engineer

• Develop detailed action plans to prepare affected OT systems for migration to new IT platforms and infrastructure
• Ensure alignment with:
• Equipment Validation (IQ)
• Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Site-specific validation and compliance requirements

Execution & Implementation

• Execute migration readiness and transition plans in collaboration with site OT and IT Subject Matter Experts

• Coordinate and route required changes through:

• PLM system (for equipment/process changes)

• IT asset/change management systems (for infrastructure changes)

• Identify and escalate risks, constraints, and dependencies

Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular status updates to business and technical stakeholders

• Track progress, issues, and mitigation plans

• Experience with validation in regulated environments:

• Equipment Qualification (IQ)

• Computer System Validation (CSV)

• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and quality teams

Preferred

• Experience in medical device or other regulated industry
• Familiarity with PLM and IT asset/change management systems
• Experience supporting system migrations or digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, machine connectivity)
