Your impact

  • Construct automated equipment to design requirements; integrate sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls.
  • Author and execute equipment validations for internal and external customers; sustain throughput and quality in validated conditions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on production equipment operation and adjustment for automated and manual assembly and molding.
  • Drive process improvements through design changes, automation, and targeted equipment upgrades.
  • Deliver technical support that elevates operations, product quality, and competitive advantage; apply the right new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks.
  • Write concise, user-friendly standard work instructions and fully document custom builds and modifications.
  • Evaluate manufacturing methods to resolve cost, safety, productivity, and quality issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally; recommend and trial machinery for better manufacturing performance.
  • Install and qualify standard/custom equipment; implement corrective actions and update processes.

Shifts and differentials

  • Swing Shift - (Mon.-Fri., 3:00 PM-11:30 PM) - $1.00 shift differential will be added to your regular hourly rate for working swing shift.
  • Graveyard Shift: (Mon.-Fri., 11:00 PM-7:30 AM) - $3.00 shift differential will be added to your regular hourly rate for working graveyard shift.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years as a technician in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on responsibility for maintenance, setup, and precision adjustment of production equipment.
  • Mastery with hand tools and shop equipment; confident with welding/cutting/assembly work.
  • Expert troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication with peers, leadership, customers, and suppliers.
  • Computer fluency: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, IQMS, Acrobat, CAD.

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
