Work Schedule Comments: Monday through Friday; Saturday inventory once a month

Position Overview: The position will involve the monitoring of customer equipment.

Important Job Functions:

  • Control and manage outbound equipment
  • Input booking data into the computer system
  • Maintain company records of equipment
  • Assist in monthly inventory of equipment
  • Customer service with steamship lines
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills/Abilities:

  • Data entry skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of depot industry, logistics experience and interchange procedures is preferred
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
