Job Title: Equipment/ Shop Lead Technician
Pay Rate: $22- $25 Depending on Experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
-Maintain, inspect, and service tools and equipment used for furniture installation and related fieldwork
-Ensure all gear is safe, fully functional, and ready for dispatch at all times
-Use digital systems (e.g., Tool App, Excel, or equivalent) to log and track all tool check-ins, check-outs, assignments, and locations.
-Maintain up-to-date inventory records for company-owned tools and project-specific equipment.
-Keep the shop clean, secure, and well-organized with clear tool zones, racking systems, and safe storage practices.
- Assist in selecting, ordering, and receiving new tools and consumables.
