ABOUT THE JOB
Working from a Hawkins location in Florida, the Equipment Sales and Service Project Manager is a front-line customer-focused leader who works to understand project needs and manages service expectations. The SE Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for networking with clients, vendors, engineering firms and industry trade associations to identify and define sales and market opportunities, develop and negotiate proposals, and coordinate sales projects to ensure the work remains on-track and is delivered according to customer project scope, schedule and budget.

ABOUT YOU:
Technical Experience
5+ years of experience working with chemical feed equipment and controls preferred.
5+ years of experience with electronic control equipment required.
Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and schematics required.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) or equivalent experience in engineering and/or water and wastewater treatment preferred.
Software Proficiency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience with FileMaker and AdobePro.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with root cause analysis required.
Ability to solve internal problems and address customer issues and needs.

Travel & Licensing

Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnights
