The Challenge

  • Own reliability: Prevent failures before they happen and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems when they do.
  • Drive performance: Diagnose root causes, implement sustainable fixes, and lift overall plant KPIs.
  • Engineer the plan: Build and execute PM programs; read and apply schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
  • Advance automation: Contribute to CI and automation projects that strengthen safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead with standards: Uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental expectations.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in electromechanical or industrial maintenance

Preferred

  • Associate's degree
  • Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)

Compensation is an hourly range of $32.40- $48.60, with final pay determined by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
